Ladybug Day!

This beautiful fall weather has been so fun to enjoy! Earlier this week we had a swarm of ladybugs come to our house
to visit. There were literally hundreds of them - EVERYWHERE! They were flying around our heads, landing on our clothes, it was crazy! All the neighborhood kids came over and we collected them in a bug catcher. I found it more fascinating though to let them go free much to my friends dismay!

Rolling pumpkins

We went to our favorite farm again and they had all these pumpkins just lying around begging to be rolled. I think that they are big basketballs, but much heavier. I try and try and try but I just can't lift them up. I was getting very frustrated that I couldn't throw them like I wanted!

Deanna Rose Fun!

We went to Deanna Rose today - I love this place! I'm getting so big now that I can run around the farm just like Victoria. Mommy had to keep a close eye on me cuz I am a big explorer!

I love this toy!

I got this cool star stacker from Uncle Randall for my birthday and it is so cool! Not many things can keep my attention long but this thing sure does! I like the lights and the sounds it makes even if I stack them in the wrong order. I'm quite proud of my accomplishments!

Happy Birthday to me!

I had a great first birthday party! Well, except for an ear infection, I mean. Some of my close neighborhood friends came over as well as my Mee-Maw and Pee-Paw from Georgia and we had a great celebration! Daddy had a good time too even though his birthday (the same day) kinda got overlooked. But it WAS MY first birthday, after all! That's a pretty big deal, ya know!

Going to the fair

We had a blast at the Old Settlers Fair - I got to eat my first corn dog (and threw up my first corn dog too!) But it sure did taste good while it lasted! Next year I'm going to want to ride some of those cool rides!

Kansas Children's Museum

We went to the Children's Museum and it was so much fun! Everything was just the right size for a little person like me!

I'm a rock star!

Mommy loves this picture of me! I'm just so dang cute sometimes! :)

Fireman Matthew

The best part of Tori's b-day was that there was a "safety day" going on at the farm and they had all sorts of police cars, firetrucks, ambulances, SWAT trucks, etc. there for us to climb in and explore. I got a really cool fireman hat that I love to play with all the time now! Maybe I'l dress up like one for Halloween!

Victoria' birthday party!

I got to see first hand how much fun birthday parties can be - I can't wait till next month when it is MY turn to party and get presents!!!!

Mommy's little trouble maker

I get into so much trouble every day. If I'm not climbing into the dishwasher, I'm splashing around in the toliet, or eating food from the garbage can. Mommy says boys are far worse than girls! I can't help it - I like to explore - A LOT!

Want a love bite?

I have 6 teeth now and I like to use them a lot, especially on Mommy. It's just my way of showing love but she doesn't like it that much - she gets mad at me. I can't help it that I like to chomp down on things!

Toliet Paper Time!

Now that Mommy is potty training my sister, we spend a lot of time in the bathroom together as a family. I've found a new way to keep myself entertained! Mommy isn't that happy about it but I hear that Victoria did the same thing when she was my age too!

Happy 4th of July!

I loved watching the fireworks! I wasn't scared at all!

Cooling off in the baby pool

I love to go out to our little pool every day to cool off from the hot heat!

Visiting my cousins

I really liked our trip to Atlanta and getting to play with my cousins and Mee Maw and Pee Paw. I got to go on Pee Paw's boat for the first time and I did like it, but didn't like having to wear a life jacket. What kid does, anyways?

1st Braves Game

Well, I finally got to go to my first Braves game. It was a long day and I had fun, but honestly, I think I'll stick to watching it at home with Daddy.

Boys get into more trouble than girls

Mommy is learning this the hard way. I'm always exploring and getting hurt but I don't care - it's all about learning how to do new things! PS - Notice how instead of helping me, Mommy is more concerned about grabbing the camera! What's up with that???

Learning to pull up

I'm already pulling up and standing now - it's just a matter of time before I take off running after my big sister. I may be a lot shorter than her, but I weigh just about the same. We're even in the same size diapers - #4!

Pictures at 7 1/2 months

Mommy's just getting around to uploading these pictures of me and I can't understand why! They are so cute that I would have thought she would have done them much sooner. I'm already months now and have 5 more teeth since these have been taken!

Go Braves!

Daddy and I love to watch Braves games on TV. Next month when we go to Atlanta, I'm going to go to my first MLB game! I can't wait!

My 7 month picture

Mommy takes my picture every month on my birthday holding my teddy bear. I'm really growing up now - I can sit up and hold things - and smile on cue!

Bath Time

Mommy says I'm a cute little duck!

Civil War Days

We went to Mahaffie Farms this weekend and I got to meet a really cool guy dressed up in Old Timey clothes. I really felt like I was back during the Civil War times!

Me and Mee-Maw

I had a great time getting to know my Mee-Maw better during her recent visit!

Old Time Photos

Our church had a fundraiser so I got to get dressed up - sorta. Not near as fun as Victoria and all her hats. I had just woken up so I wasn't in the mood to smile, much to Mommy's dismay. I normally am quite a ham for the camera!
