What does "blackmail" mean?

Mommy keeps using that word around me when she snaps pictures of me playing dress up, just like big sister does. I don't understand what the big deal is and why does Daddy get upset when he sees these pictures of me! I think I look very pretty, just as pretty as Tori does when she wears this Cinderella dress! I'm sure I'll feel the same way when Mommy shows this picture at my high school graduation or my wedding one day!

Feeding the geese

One of the good things about the crazy Kansas weather we've been having lately is that every once in a while, it will warm up enough to melt all the snow and we can go outside and play for a while (until it drops 30 degrees the following day again). One of my personal favorite places to go is Frisco Lake where there is a lake that we can feed the ducks. On this particular day, there were a bazillion geese out there. Mommy and Tori were actually a little scared because there were so many of them (and we have been chased by some before when they are overly hungry). Mommy was afraid that they were going to attack us so they stayed in the car but Daddy and I braved the fowl and went right up to them. It was a great day.

Christmas morning!

Christmas morning was wonderful! I got so many toys - actually, too many. Towards the end, I actually started picking up unopened ones and shoving them in the trashbags to help Mommy clean up (I'm such a good little helper!). I love all my new toys. I like playing doctor - see me checking Grandpa's heart? (or gut?) Thanks everyone for all my gifts!

Sledding in the snow!

We got a light dusting of snow already but it was enough to take out sleds out and have some fun! I love sledding and Daddy loves letting me go really fast, much to Mommy's dismay. She prefers more of the slower type of sledding, but that's for wimpy kids, not me!

Gingerbread Houses

I sure did like the idea of making a gingerbread house, but I thought that it was for eating, not decorating! I had to sample all the candies before placing on the house!
