Oh, you better watch out!

I met Santa Claus for the first time today! I was a little taken off guard - I was enjoying a nice sound sleep when Mommy and Daddy woke me up and put me in the lap of a stranger that I had never seen before - he was kinda old and had a long white beard. I didn't mind though, I just sat there so good. I was still half asleep though so no matter how much Mommy tried to make me laugh and smile for the picture, I just stared at her. Maybe next year I'll show more excitement when I realize that this guy brings presents for me!

I want to play in the snow!

It snowed last night for the first time this year in Kansas! It was so pretty and Victoria got to go play in it with Mommy and Daddy! For some reason, they wouldn't let me go but I really wanted to go with them! I got all bundled up and everything but they still said no. Maybe next year though....

Christmas trees are fun!

My Daddy taught me how to lay under the tree and look up at all the Christmas lights! They sure are pretty!

Here we are with some of the people that came to our house for Turkey day! I loved being passed around to all the ladies - I put on quite the show giggling and laughing for them!

My new friends

I'm so lucky to have 2 friends that were born just a few days apart from me. Caitlyn is in the middle and I bet me and Ryland are going to be fighting for her affections very soon!

My first professional photos

My Mommy took me to have my first photos made - I was only 2 weeks old at the time. I slept through most of it but they did manage to get a half smile from me!

Oh wait - that's just my Halloween costume! I guess I'm all ready to go trick-or-treating!

Yeah! I broke 10 pounds!

Victoria doesn't know it yet but I'm going to outweigh her pretty soon - I'm already at 10 pounds, 6 oz and she is a measly 18 pounds. I bet by the time I'm 6 months, I'll be 20 pounds!

After Mommy lured Victoria out of the baby swing, I got to have a few rounds (see Victoria's post). It was really relaxing!

My first pictures

Here are a few pictures of me when I was first born - I kinda got banged up there at the end cuz my shoulders are so big that they got stuck coming out (I'm going to be a football player one day) and I had lots of scratches on my face from my super long fingernails. Mommy didn't realize how much I resembled Victoria until we got home and she saw her birth pictures too. I'll post more pictures later when I'm looking more like my handsome self!

Victoria meets Matthew

This is my big sister, Victoria! Right now she is bigger than me, but I think that I'm going to be out pacing her very soon! She has no idea of what life is going to be like with me around now - but I think we are going to be the best of friends!

Grandma & Grandpa Lee

My parents are very fortunate that my Grandma and Grandpa Lee were able to come up and be here in time for my birth. They have been so helpful in taking care of my big sister Victoria while Mommy and Daddy were at the hospital with me. Grandma is going to stay until November too - Mommy is so lucky to have her help! It's going to be interesting in our household with 2 little ones now!

Mommy had no clue that I was planning on surprising her and Daddy later that evening for his birthday so she just went about her day as usual. She had one of her new friends that sells Mary Kay come over and pamper her and Grandma with facials - even Grandpa did some microabrasion stuff too! Little did she know that while she was fixing herself up that her labor pains were already beginning and I would be making my grand debut in just a few short hours myself! At least this way she already had her face all ready for pictures!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY! I'M HERE!

Guess what? I decided to make my grand arrival a night for everyone to remember! I showed up 5 days earlier than my expected due date just in time to surprise Daddy on his 36th birthday! Yep - he'll never forget mine now since it is the same as his! September 21, 2006!

Hi there! Mommy went to the doctor last week (she is 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced now) so they took some pictures of me to see how I'm growing in her tummy.

They are estimating that I weigh 8.5 pounds already! Yikes! Mommy hopes that they are wrong!

Here are two pictures of me - the top one proves that I am going to be a boy - see my boy parts? The bottom one is my facial profile - aren't I handsome?

Hopefully next week Mommy will be able to post real life pictures of me - I don't know, though, I like staying inside her tummy. I'm only coming out when I'm good and ready!!!
